My Sister's Flower Garden
I love reading such lovely comments. It also makes me feel like I have contributed to someone's happiness by filling in the missing link to a sweet memory of loved recipes which have been lost in a shuffle...:-) I hope this recipe will resemble your mom's Walnut Torte. Thank you for stopping by, and feel free to stop by anytime.
My Mother also made a Walnut Torte and the recipe is very similar to this one. One thing that is different is instead of the flour and cornstarch she used fine bread crumbs (that she made herself of course lol) I have lost her recipe and she is no longer here to tell it to me. I am going to try this one and see if I get the same results. Thank you to the winner and Yourself for making and posting this recipe. I really enjoy snooping through your site!
My congratulations to you!!!! I LOVE this diet as well. I do the same thing with the "shocking the system" thing....You are doing better than me with exercise though...I walk every day, but I really should do more than that...I am at the point now where I need to "detox" my system once again...to get rid of all the "junk" I have been snacking on during the summer. It makes me feel sooooo good to clean up my eating habits, and lose few pounds at the same time. Thank you for your honest comments.
I love this diet. I do the phase 1 whenever I need a shock and a metabolism boost. I average 5-7 lbs lost in the 9 days. I exercise 45 minutes a day and following the diet ALMOST to the letter. I must have coffee in the mornings. It's essential to be keep my job.
Good luck everyone!
If you check out the whole post you linked to about Kovbasa, you will find contact phone numbers under each location listing, and I think most of them will be able to ship them to you on dry ice.
