My mother-in law made our Korovai 36 years ago. I wish I would have saved it. I am know in a baking class at Schoolcraft College and one of my projects is making a centerpiece of bread dough.
I am not sure of exactly what type of Ukrainian things that should go on the bread and what each piece symbolizes.
Could you please help me.
Thanksyou
I look forward in your reply.

Thank you for your note.
I will reply via email to you, because it will require more space than I have in this spot.
I am still saving my daughter’’s Korovai from 6 years ago. I am not sure if she will keep it for 30 some years from now, so don’t beat yourself over the fact that you did not save yours for this long.
