		<description>Wow, I did not know Betty Crocker had that recipe. I got mine, many years ago, from a very nice lady in upstate NY.  These cookies are soooo good. They absolutely melt in your mouth.  I usually make chocolate frosting for mine, but I could see how you can change frosting color to fit different occasions.  
Thank you so much for the lovely compliment about my website.  I love writing, but it is lots of work, especially for my already very busy schedule.

		<description>Your wafer cookies are the same ones that I make.  I found the original recipe in Betty Crocker cookbook. I made them for my daughter&#039;s bridal shower, the cream frosting the middle was the color theme of her wedding.  I also made them for other special occasions.  I just remembered that I made them pink and blue for church member who was having twins, boy &amp; girl.  Everyone loves these cookies and they are so very easy to make.  I just love your website, it is fantastic.  Keep it going.</description>
