Just came across your post today, I had never thought of putting cream cheese with Jello. It looks so easy! And I definitely like the idea of no leftovers… this is often the case with desserts!

The whipped cream edge would look nice, but whipped cream does not hold very well for too long, so it might make it messy looking, once it starts to melt down. I would suggest to offer whipped cream on the side if anyone wanted to add some on the top of their own serving.

This is a great recipe! I may try to put a border of whipped cream along the edge to enhance the color and flavor.
