Looking at my comparison table, you can see the difference in grams of sugar in the three I compared. None of them have any fruit, yet the sugar contents varies do much between them. After a lot of research, I went to the store planning to purchase organic yogurt. That is, until I saw the calories and then the sugar! All the Stonyfield yogurt have very high amounts of sugar in comparison to all the other brands like Yoplait, Dannon, etc. I'm trying to limit (I would say eliminate but that seems impossible) my sugar intake. Is the sugar so high in these because of the fruit? I was just wondering if you happened to know....
