Looking at my comparison table, you can see the difference in grams of sugar in the three I compared. None of them have any fruit, yet the sugar contents varies do much between them.  I will check with a food scientist, and get back to you with additional feedback.</description>

		<description>I have been reading online about yogurt, I ran across this while googling the Stonyfield yogurt and I guess I&#039;m confused.  After a lot of research, I went to the store planning to purchase organic yogurt.  That is, until I saw the calories and then the sugar!  All the Stonyfield yogurt have very high amounts of sugar in comparison to all the other brands like Yoplait, Dannon, etc.  I&#039;m trying to limit (I would say eliminate but that seems impossible) my sugar intake.  Is the sugar so high in these because of the fruit?  I was just wondering if you happened to know....</description>
