You are very welcome. Hopefully you will be able to find icecream sandwiches in your town. If not, do not worry, you can use any tea cookies and make them into ice cream sandwiches, to use them for your cake. Or you can line the sides and bottom of your pan with cookies, and fill the rest with your favorite ice cream, and it will also be great.

I agree. What can be better than ice cream and cake all in one.
If ice cream sandwiches are available where you live, you will be so surprised how easy it is to make this cake. You can also check out my other ice cream cake recipe, in case you do not have ice cream sandwiches. I can see you droll now….you better go get some ice cream…lol

Hey thanks for sharing this taste idea with the two most taste thing in this world that is ice ream and cake and if we can have both of them at a time it will be fabulous thing, water started coming in my mouth by just thinking of it i gone try this.
