I purchased mine several years ago, you probably did too. I am not sure if they make these any more. Did you try contacting the company to find out about this model? I was doing a web search looking to replace my rice cooker/steamer and came across the photo of steamer you have... I had one I was using not only for rice (because I can't follow those directions either :) ... but also I found it great for cooking dried beans from scratch because it had a well in the bottom for water and then another bowl for water and rice (or beans, even oatmeal!) then that bowl came out and there was a slotted bowl for veggies... does that sound like yours at all? I am having a hard time replacing mine and it looks like this might be the solution!!!! Thanks!!
