It has been a while since I posted an update of my garden…my favorite place for relaxation.
So much already has happened in my garden by now. All my annual and perennial plants are up, some already passed their bloom time, others are just getting ready. My June Strawberries are all gone already, and my Blackberries are getting ready to ripen.

Strawberry season in my garden is here, hence perfect time to share a recipe for a delicious Strawberry Mousse Cake.
My sister shared pictures of her currently blooming flowers, some of her veggies and fruits. All these plants will look very familiar to you all, but they are growing in a well-tended garden by my sister, in Cracow , Poland
My overwhelming May schedule prevented me from finding time to keep up with my blog, but I should be back on track now…:-)
Today I will share some pictures of my vegetable garden.
The abundance of fresh strawberries from my garden, and succulent rhubarb stalks from my daughter’s garden, prompted me to cook up a delicious fruity compote, and create a batch of refreshing popsicles, for my grandchildren to enjoy during this hot weather.
