Happy Thanksgiving Day!

It is time again to give thanks for all our blessings, and to spend time together with family and friends.
Today I will not be posting any new recipes, but will provide links to my previous posts, for your convenience.

Sauerkraut Soup with Cannellini – Ukrainian Kapusniak Recipe

Europeans love their soup, as anyone who traveled to Eastern Europe would agree that soup in part of every lunch and dinner menu.

Soups are quite simple to prepare, and very nutritious as well.  You can make your own stock, as the base for every soup, or use the ready-made available at your grocer.  There is such a variety of broth now…chicken, beef, vegetable, low-fat, low sodium….so it makes it that much easier to get your soup cooking together.

Pumpkin Roll – Recipe

All those pumpkins out there from Halloween decorations can be turned into pumpkin paste and baked into a nice Pumpkin Pie, or Pumpkin Roll, or Pumpkin Cheesecake…etc.

If you are like me and leave that pumpkin out there until Thanksgiving, and purchase ready-made pumpkin paste for your baking, then your are ahead of the game with your baking.

Today I will share may recipe for a Pumpkin Roll which is loved by my family.
