During my childhood, soup was part of our daily menu. Sometimes it was the only thing on the menu, especially for lunch.

I will list each harvested vegetable individually, and link it to my favorite recipes posted previously, for your cooking convenience and pleasure.

“April showers bring May flowers”….and I could not agree more with this statement, as I enjoy looking at all the beautifully flowering plats around me.
Today I will share pictures of the flowers in my garden, and since pictures speak louder than words, I will leave out any comments.

With the population moving closer and closer to big cities and suburban areas, we are finding ourselves with less room to start a personal garden. However, the trend of urban and suburban gardens is growing, and it has never been easier to start your own garden on your balcony, stoop, or front porch.
