Fun Crocheting Projects

My first crocheting experience began when I was about 13 years old while watching my sister (who is only 3 years older than me) crocheting a pair of gloves for herself.  I was so amazed by her crocheting skills after seeing how nicely the gloves turned out, that from then on crocheting became one of my hobbies as well.

The Fat Smash Diet – First Day OF Detox

I already informed you about the Fat Smash Diet, introduced you to the book, posted the food list, and hopefully convinced you to join me, so we can have fun together.

So today is the BIG day, our first day of Detox, and as with anything else in life, first is always the most challenging. It will get easier with each passing day, believe me, because you are building up your confidence, self control, and most of all, you begin to feel better and eat healthier.

I printed out my lists of Recommended and “DO NOT” foods, and posted it on my refrigerator. My food shopping was done on Saturday, and on Sunday I jotted down my basic plan for my daily eating routine and a quick first day menu.

Standing Prime Rib Roast – Super Recipe

Prime Rib is one of my favorite “special occasion” dinner meats, because it is so flavorful, even with very little additional seasoning.

Prime Rib tends to be a little pricey, so I only make it once I find a nice piece reasonably priced. You want to buy a piece with at least 3 ribs (6-9 lbs), which will generously serve 5 – 8 people.
