Spinach Omelette – Suburban Recipe

My spinach is thriving this year, so my first harvest produced enough tender fresh leaves to make two spinach omelettes for breakfast, and a salad for dinner.

Fresh Fruit Snack – Healthful and Delicious

Everyone loves snacking, and there is nothing wrong with that. Actually, it is recommended to have 2-3 healthful snacks in addition to 3 regular meals per day.

The only issue with snacking is its contents, and portion size.
