Easter Bread Paska and Babka – 3 favorite Recipes

I have been baking Easter Paska for several years now, using this favorite recipe my family loves.

Lately, I have been experimenting with other paska recipes to compare the taste and texture to my original paska.  See the pictures below and links to the corresponding recipe.

The amount of work to prepare any paska is the same, but each recipe has a minor difference, hence the paskas differ in texture; however, they ALL are absolutely delicious.

I also tried a Country Babka recipe, which is much richer and sweeter.

This year, my family voted for the Light and Airy Paska recipe shared by my aunt Maria.  This Paska is lighter in texture than the traditional one, but a little bit sweeter, however, not as sweet as the Country Babka.

Now you have my 3 favorite Easter Bread recipes and short descriptions to help you decide which one will fit your family’s taste.  Happy Baking!
