Coronavirus – Cover Your Faces In Public Places

None of us would have ever imagined in our wildest dreams, the velocity of the coronavirus pandemic.

Unfortunately it is real, it here and everywhere, and we are dealing with it the best we know how.
While sewing these masks and dealing with the stress of our son’s illness, I was thinking about the purpose of my masks, which inspired me to compose a short poem and to share it with all of you today.  

No Sew Bandanna Face Mask

My previous post demonstrated a process of sewing a face mask at home with a layer of non-woven interfacing material to serve as a filter for additional protection.
Today I am posting a step-by-step picture tutorial for making a NO SEW mask using a bandanna.

The Fat Smash Diet – Phase One Foods

As I mentioned to you in my previous post about the Fat Smash Diet, there are 4 different Phases you go through during this program, and each phase has a list of suggested and excluded foods.

Some of the excluded foods in one phase are being introduced back into your diet in the next phase, so for ideal success, you need to follow these food suggestions, eat 3-4 smaller meals per day, follow the same eating schedule, and continue to exercise.

Just think, this phase is only 9 days long….you can do it!!
