We did not have many April showers to bring May flowers, but the May showers are doing its job a little too much already.
The sun finally peeked out, giving me a chance to take some shots of my gorgeous May blooms.

This weekend was Paska Baking time for me and my daughter, as well as my 4 year old granddaughter, who not only loves to watch, she also was a very enthusiastic helper.

We are very anxiously awaiting the arrival of our baby granddaughter.
To make the wait go by faster, grandma, that means me, started a crocheting project of a blanket for the baby and her baby doll.

hese cold winter days are calling for some hot, homemade soup.
Today I am posting my recipe for a Light Cream of Cauliflower Soup, served with a dollop of Light Sour Cream, and a piece of fresh garlic bread. Yum!

As you already know from my previous post, this year I was in the mood for testing NEW cookie recipes, hence this is my post #2.
Here again, I followed the original recipes exactly, so I will post corresponding links, rather than listing the ingredients and directions.
