Zucchini Season – My Organic Garden

Rhubarb is in season now, so I decided to make an Apple-Rhubarb Meringue Pie. This is a very interesting recipe, since the rhubarb is cooked into a preserve like mixture, before adding it to the apples.
With the summer in a full swing, and farm fresh produce on stands on every corner, you really can experience the wonderful taste of home grown fruits and vegetables.
The texture, aroma and freshness of these products is superb, and worth every penny you spend on it, and more!
Coleslaw makes a very refreshing accompaniment to any main course planned for a picnic, or a barbecue.
This one is mayo free, so you might enjoy the change from the traditional recipes.
