June Veggie and Flower Garden

It has been a while since I posted an update of my garden…my favorite place for relaxation.

So much already has happened in my garden by now.  All my annual and perennial plants are up, some already passed their bloom time, others are just getting ready.  My June Strawberries are all gone already, and my Blackberries are getting ready to ripen.

Here are some pictures of my plants at the end of June….:-)

Autumn Blooms in My Garden

Autumn is in a full swing already, so my flower and vegetable garden changes with the season as well.  Lots of my vegetables are done, and many of the summer flowers stopped blooming, however there are many beautiful fall flowers still sparkling in my Fall Garden.

Christening Party Decorations

I love crafts and appreciate other people’s craft talents.
Recently I was attending a Christening party for a little girl, and just adored all the decorations created by her Mom.
She used flowers from her mother’s garden, mason jars for vases, burlap for table runners and vase decoration.
She purchased crape paper flowers and burlap banners with stamped letters, to add some finishing touches and to pull it all together nicely.

My July Beauties

July is hot…and sometimes with heavy rains which just run off and leave the soil dry again.
I water my garden couple of times per week just to keep my plants somewhat hydrated.
Today I will share some of the currently blooming flowers, which I just adore visiting every morning to check on the new ones opening up.
It makes my day the coffee does for others….:-)
