Things to Smile About – Maxine Humor

MaxineWith all this COVID-19 lockdown, and so many adjustments in our daily routine, we all need something fun to smile about, to forget about the news, and to live in a moment.  So take some time out for a good laugh with Maxine………..:-)

Nothing beats fun “wisdom” from Maxine:

4 years without president

****My husband and I divorced over religious differences. He thought he was God and I didn’t.

****I don’t suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.

****Some people are alive only because it’s illegal to kill them.

****I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

****Don’t take life too seriously; No one gets out alive.

****You’re just jealous because the voices only talk to me

Maxine - few drinks

****Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder.

****Earth is the insane asylum for the universe.

****You’re just jealous because the voices only talk to me

****I’m not a complete idiot — Some parts are just missing.

Hitting escape

****Out of my mind. Back in five minutes.

****God must love stupid people; He made so many.

****The gene pool could use a little chlorine.

Maxine - getting older

****Consciousness: That annoying time between naps.

****Ever stop to think, and forget to start again?

Are you feeling better yet? Good!

You know that laughter is not only the best medicine, but it also burns calories!!

    You are welcome.
You and me, both….now that today was my fist day of being unemployed. It sure cheered me up to read it all over again.

Hopefully your young mind is still intact….because you need to for a looooong time!!

I applaud you for trying to keep it going. Sorry to hear that it did not survive.
I am very weary about fertilizing my houseplants, but I did buy these fertilizer spikes and stuck 1/2 of one into the soil of my Poinsettia. Mine survived and I took some pictures, but due to the busy holiday season, I did not have a chance to post it yet. Will definitely do it next week. Please keep on checking my posts…thanks.
