I am going strong, and hopefully you are still with me.

We are into the first week of Phase II, so additional foods are being introduced back into our daily menu.

Remember:

  • Watch your portions
  • Keep up with the physical activity
  • Drink enough water
  • Take your vitamins
  • You will continue to drop pounds and inches.

    It gets easier now in each upcoming phase.

    In phase 2 can I substitute one of the new foods for the brown rice or egg whites for a different protein. Do I still need to have 2 brown rice?

    The foods listed from the book are suggestions, so I am sure you can substitute another healthy protein food for these.
    It is not only the kind of food that is desirable to use, but also the portion control.
    Good luck with your wonderful experience of healthy eating habits.
