Peach, Pear, Papaya - Happy Tummy SmoothieI have been testing various detox smoothie recipes and sharing them with you.

### Please scroll down to the end of this post for a Printable Recipe ###

You already had a chance to read and try the following detox smoothies:

Today I am posting a Happy Tummy Smoothie, which tastes great, and really works.  I am not sure why they call this Happy Tummy….since I’ve experienced its effect on my whole digestive system.

You need to carefully plan your calendar before you drink this one, because it takes about 24 hours for it to become active, and active it does become, if you know what I mean.

A long trip is not a good idea at this time, but rather limited activities closer to home are a better alternative.   I wish I knew that before I enjoyed this tasty smoothie. I was unnecessarily inconvenienced, but it was not as bad as it could have been.  You definitely feel cleansed after the fact, unless it was only my luck!

There are also All Around  Cleanse  Smoothies, and Liver Detox Smoothies , posted on the blog I visit regularly, but after reviewing the ingredients, I could not bring myself to try these.  I figured I am pretty good to my liver, thus detox may not be as necessary for me.

If you are up to this challenge, and want to test those, please check out the link above, and share your experience.  I would love to hear from those of you who made it, tried it, and have an opinion to share.

I would like to try the Reduce Your Blood Pressure Smoothie, as soon as I find a volunteer to test it on, since I am not a suitable candidate for this one.

If you plan to try this one, I would strongly suggest NOT to use this smoothie as a replacement for your current meds to treat your problem.

I hope you enjoyed these smoothie recipes and my feedback.

If you have a favorite smoothie to share, please let me know and I will post it for everyone to try.
